GuestsPatients are permitted to bring guests to their scheduled appointments; however, we ask that guests wait in the lobby while patients are being treated. This is meant to avoid distractions and potential safety hazards in the treatment room, so that we can provide the best quality care possible to our patients. Children can be very disruptive to not only your time but other clients as well! We ask that you find child care for any child not receiving a spa treatment. Children cannot be left unattended in the lobby. No children are allowed for Laser Hair Removal appointments. Children are not allowed in the treatment room during Laser treatments and cannot be left unattended in waiting room. If you must bring your child with you for your laser hair removal treatments it is your responsibility to bring accompanying child care for the appointment. Otherwise, treatment may be refused.

Guest Responsibilities and RightsAs a spa guest, it is your responsibility to: Communicate your preferences, expectations and concerns Communicate complete & accurate health information, including reasons for your visit Adhere to the spa’s policies and procedures You have the right to: A clean, safe and comfortable environment Stop a treatment at any time for any reason Be treated with consideration, dignity and respect Trained staff who respectfully conducts treatments according to spa policies and procedures Ask questions about your spa experience Information regarding staff training, licensing and certification Please be considerate of others: Please turn off your cell phone or silence your calls, loud phone conversations in the lobby or treatment room will be asked to stop. Help us maintain a quiet space for all our clients. Please understand on rare occasions noises beyond our control can be disruptive, our team always works hard to hold the space for each client to relax and unwind. It is never our intention for loud noises to take away from your time.

Customer SatisfactionOur service providers and team are dedicated to what they do! If you are unhappy with the service please stop the session immediately and let your provider know of the problem. Your satisfaction is important to us, if you have a complaint please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment.

Financial Policy and Information CollectedAs we provide non-invasive cosmetic procedures, the care provided by Renaissance Rejuvenating Medicine is not covered by any medical insurance programs. We will collect information (including name, phone number, mailing address, e-mail address). We use this information to contact you if needed and to send you information about our promotional material. You always have the right to opt out of receiving such information. It is standard operating procedure for photographs of our patients to be taken before and after they receive treatments. We respect your privacy as it is priority, and the photographs will not be published or shared with anyone without first receiving your expressed consent.

Reservations and PaymentsFor all appointment reservations, please call (239) 800 - 3028 or email us at hello@renaissanceam.net to schedule. You must have a valid credit card to book an appointment. All reservations are subject to a $50.00 deposit, which will be applied to final treatment/consultation charge at the time of check out. We ask that you arrive at your scheduled appointment time. If you are late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you, please call ahead of arrival to notify our front desk. Payment for all procedures is due at the time of the treatment. For package treatments, payment for the entire package is due at the time of the first scheduled treatment. Please ensure to know and understand your treatment cost PRIOR to receiving service as once treated you are responsible for full payment. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule, but highly recommend booking in advance for any of our services. Clients and Staff Must comply with state licensing and regulations, this means you will be asked to complete an intake form and consent to treatment on your first visit, each visit thereafter, and updated yearly. We provide several payment options which may be used individually or combined according to your preference, including: - Cash - Gift Certificates (available for purchase in any denomination; Gift certificates are non-refundable) - Major Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, etc) - Care Credit

Late Cancellations and No Show AppointmentsWe have a 24-hour cancellation policy. A credit card is required to book all appointments as late cancellations and no shows will result in a $50 fee (taken from appointment deposit payment). We understand that “life happens” however please let us know of any cancellations/rescheduling at least 24 hours before so that your time slot can be filled by another client on our waiting list. This is not meant to be a punishment; its sole purpose is to provide compensation for the business and service provider. The service provider reserves their time and the treatment room for you. This fee is charged regardless of the circumstances, including cancelling due to Covid. For Membership and Laser Hair Removal appointments that are cancelled or requested to reschedule within the 24-hour period, package(s) will be pulled from your membership and/or laser accounts. There is no fee when canceling an appointment due to bad weather such as hurricane or flooding in these situations, as we will not require our staff or clients to take unnecessary risks. Refund PolicyIf a package or series of treatments has begun, these services will be considered to have been rendered even through the full series may not have been collected. Should you wish to discontinue your treatment during a series, credit for the pro-rated share of unused treatments at the discounted package price may be extended, and this may be used to purchase other treatments or products offered by Renaissance Rejuvenating Medicine. At Renaissance Rejuvenating Medicine, we offer goods and services that irrevocable. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for any product or service that has been injected or used. We do not offer refunds on services rendered even if you are disappointed with the result. Products are not refundable. Exchanges are allowed within 7 days if there is a documented allergic reaction or defective pump. Beauty products returned within seven days of purchase with original sales receipt, that have not been opened and used may be exchanged for a credit. Beauty products may not be returned if opened or used due to COVID-19 guidelines, NO EXCEPTIONS. Please assure to choose carefully prior to purchase.

Right to Refuse ServiceWe value you as part of our med spa family however we do reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason. Adequate medical decision making capacity and reasonable expectations for desired result of a treatment plan or product are a requirement for any Med Spa client. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone demonstrating behavior that is perceived to be inappropriate or disruptive to our Spa atmosphere. If you refuse to pay the cancellation fee you will not be permitted to schedule with Renaissance Rejuvenating Medicine. If you treat any of our staff in a disrespectful manner or make an inappropriate statement to them, future services will be refused.

Specials Pricing and Monthly SpecialsMonthly specials, coupons and discounts cannot be extended. These are promotions meant to be used in a timely manner. Discounts/Specials cannot be combined.

The practice of aesthetic medicine is not an exact science and although good and long lasting results are anticipated by our treatment plans, there is no guarantee or warrant, expressed or implied, by anyone as to the actual results you may get. However, we will always be honest with you and strive to achieve the absolute best result we can for you. Skincare, skin health, and anti-aging is a marathon not a sprint.
